The 17,690 square foot two-story District Office building has been completely modernized, and now includes a new meeting room with a raised dias, offices and conference rooms, as well as updates to current code with a new 3,500 pound gurney-accessible elevator, updated stairs, offices, and new restroom layouts. Energy retrofits include operable insulated windows, new HVAC units, ductwork, and light fixtures. The exterior received aesthetic upgrades and finishes.
