The new Makena Murrieta One project in Murrieta, California is the first of five buildings to be built on this medical campus. Phase one consists of a 2-story, 61,000 square foot medical office building directly across the street from the Loma Linda University Medical Center. Tenants include an Urgent Care, Imaging Center, Pediatrics, Pathology, Medical Doctor Suite, and a Nurse Training program. Build-to-suit office suites are available on the second floor. Site improvements include construction of a private road, installation of a new traffic light, a 100+ stall surface parking lot, lighting, and landscaping.
