The new Makena Murrieta Two (Hancock) project is located at the southwest corner of Hancock & Walsh Center Drive in Murrieta, California. Currently in the planning stage, the 32,000 square foot, 2-story medical office building is slated to include a Surgery Center with 4 Operating Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, and 18 Recovery Rooms on the first floor. Build-to-suit office suites are available on both floors. Site improvements include a large retaining wall, a surface parking lot, lighting, and landscaping.
