Barnhart-Reese Construction, Inc. completed a 3,000 square foot tenant improvement for the Neurology Center of Southern California in the Makena Medical Center in Escondido, California. The space features exam rooms, restrooms, administrative offices, and private offices for the doctors in the practice. A nurses’ station and a reception area with check-in and check-out stations are located near the patient entry waiting room.
Barnhart-Reese built out the space and added paint, flooring, carpet custom casework, electrical, fire suppression, plumbing, and HVAC systems to the space.
