The project includes a 33,745-square-foot Administration Building behind the existing Administration Building, which was built in 2008. The existing Administration Building received Interior and exterior renovations to match the new building, featuring custom millwork, paneling, and polished concrete floors. Once complete, the combined project will accommodate approximately 40 offices, a boardroom, 5 conference rooms, a shared breakroom, workrooms, storage, secured areas, and restrooms. Access Control and a Security System are also included, along with Title 24-compliant lighting, HVAC, windows, and plumbing. Sitework includes underground utilities, filtered and reused captured stormwater, upgraded site lighting, and low-maintenance landscaping.
