Located on the third floor of the Sharp Chula Vista Campus Cancer Center and Medical Office Building, the Polanco Medical Office Suite includes tenant improvements to 2,100 square feet of medical office space. The upscale offices feature mountain views, a glass mosaic tile wall, and wood-framed frosted glass doors.
The suite includes reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, doctor and administrative offices, restrooms and a nurses’ station, and a private bathroom with a shower for the doctor. The project was completed in an occupied site, requiring great care to minimize disruption to visitors, staff, and patients from noise, dust, and pedestrian traffic during construction.
