Repairs and renovations of a 4-story concrete masonry Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) at Camp Pendleton. Constructed in 1999, the 83,908 square foot BEQ required a complete remodel including all new waste plumbing, domestic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire sprinkler systems. The bedrooms received new drywall, paint, and floor coverings, as well as all new furniture. The bathrooms were also renovated to include new cabinetry, plumbing, and tile walls and floors. The BEQ houses 400 enlisted personnel in 200 living quarters.
