Barnhart-Reese Construction, Inc. is the latest in the Barnhart family of companies. Owned and managed by longtime San Diego County resident Douglas Barnhart and his family, this firm has the personal experience of Mr. Barnhart, former CEO and chairman of the largest locally owned construction company in San Diego County.
There are few builders, if any that have greater experience than our management in building some of San Diego’s finest facilities. Team members have overseen construction of many of Southern California’s prominent projects, including Petco Park, San Diego Convention Center Sails Pavilion Enclosure, Lindbergh Field Terminal 2 Expansion, UCSD Supercomputer Center Expansion, SDSU Tony Gwynn Stadium, Ronald McDonald House, and the Douglas and Nancy Barnhart Cancer Center in Chula Vista for Sharp Healthcare.
Barnhart-Reese Construction is experienced in general construction, develop-design-build, tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects, both in occupied and unoccupied environments. In addition, our management and team members have a wealth of experience with varying delivery methods, including Design-Build, Lease-Leaseback, Construction Management, Construction Management at Risk, Construction Management for Fee, General Contracting, and Develop-Design-Build.
